Recurring Commercial Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC

A fixed schedule with a fixed scope — daily, several times a week, weekly or monthly.

Most commercial cleaning problems are scheduling problems. Work gets done when someone remembers, scope drifts, and the tasks that are easy to skip get skipped until they become a deep-clean job.

A recurring contract fixes the scope and the frequency in writing. You know what is being done and when; we know what we are accountable for. Frequency runs from daily through to monthly, and different tasks can sit on different rotations within the same agreement.

What is included

A typical scope. Yours is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.

  • An agreed task list, written down, with a frequency against each item
  • Consistent scheduling around your operating hours
  • Rotating detail work so it never becomes a backlog
  • Consumables and supplies handled by arrangement
  • Scope reviewed with you rather than changed unilaterally

Worth knowing

  • Recurring agreements can start after a one-off deep clean so the schedule begins from a known baseline.

How it works

From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself

Five steps. No surprises in the middle of them.
  1. Step 1: Tell us about the space

Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2: We walk the site

We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.

  3. Step 3: You get a written scope and price

A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.

  4. Step 4: We agree access and scheduling

Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.

  5. Step 5: The work runs to the schedule

Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.

FAQ

Recurring maintenance cleaning — common questions

If yours is not here, ask us on the quote form and we will answer it before you commit to anything.
How often should our business be cleaned?

It depends on footfall and what the space does. Restaurants and gyms usually need daily or near-daily attention on high-contact areas with heavier work on a weekly rotation. Offices and medical practices often work well on a fixed weekly or several-times-weekly schedule. We will tell you what we think the space needs and why, and you decide.

What is actually in the agreement?

A written task list with a frequency against every item. That is the whole point of it: you know what is being done and when, and we know what we are accountable for. If the scope needs to change we change it with you rather than quietly dropping items.

Can different tasks happen at different frequencies?

Yes, and they usually should. Floors and washrooms might be nightly, detail work on baseboards and vents monthly, and interior glass somewhere in between. Putting rotating work into the schedule is what stops it accumulating into a deep-clean job.

Who supplies the products and equipment?

Likti supplies all-purpose, floor, bathroom and stove cleaning products. Vacuums, toilet brushes, conventional mops and buckets, and certain specialty products are not provided as standard. We are happy to use your own products where they are safe and instructions are provided — often the preference in medical and food premises. Consumables such as paper and soap are handled by arrangement.
