Gym & Fitness Studio Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC

Equipment members touch and changing rooms they judge you on.

The problem

A gym's reputation is decided in the changing room and on the equipment. Sweat on grips and benches, damp in the showers, and odour in the locker area are noticed immediately and mentioned in reviews. These are frequency problems: a monthly deep clean does nothing for a surface that is contaminated again within a day.

How we approach it

High-contact items go on the most frequent rotation and everything else is scheduled around class times and peak hours. Changing rooms and showers get consistent attention rather than periodic rescue work.

What we focus on

The pressure points in this kind of space. Your own scope is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.

  • Equipment grips, handles and contact surfaces
  • Mats, benches and studio flooring
  • Changing rooms, lockers and benches
  • Showers and washrooms
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Reception, lounge and retail areas

Where we work

We clean gyms and fitness studios across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the wider New York City area. Each borough has its own constraints on access and scheduling:

How it works

From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself

Five steps. No surprises in the middle of them.
  1. Step 1: Tell us about the space

Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2: We walk the site

We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.

  3. Step 3: You get a written scope and price

A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.

  4. Step 4: We agree access and scheduling

Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.

  5. Step 5: The work runs to the schedule

Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.

FAQ

Gyms and fitness studios — common questions

If yours is not here, ask us on the quote form and we will answer it before you commit to anything.
How often should gym equipment be cleaned?

Daily or near-daily on grips, handles, benches and contact surfaces. These are frequency problems rather than depth problems: a surface is contaminated again within a day, so a monthly deep clean does nothing for it.

Can you work around our class schedule?

Yes. Studio floors and mat areas need the room empty, so those are planned into the gaps between classes or into the pre-open and post-close windows. Equipment and changing rooms are scheduled around peak hours.

What do members complain about most?

Changing rooms and showers, then equipment. Damp, odour in the locker area and sweat left on grips are the three things that end up in reviews, so they sit on the most frequent rotation rather than being treated as periodic deep work.
