Commercial Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC
Commercial cleaning is the core of what Likti does. It covers the recurring work that keeps a business premises presentable and hygienic between deep cleans — floors, washrooms, kitchens and break areas, touchpoints, waste, glass and the detail work that gets skipped when cleaning is squeezed in around a shift.
Scope is agreed per site rather than sold as a fixed package. We walk the space with you, write down what needs doing and how often, and work to that list. If the list changes, we change it with you rather than quietly dropping items.
What is included
A typical scope. Yours is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.
- Hard floor care — dry mop, wet mop, spot treatment
- Carpet and rug vacuuming, including edges and under furniture where accessible
- Washroom cleaning and sanitising — fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, floors
- Kitchen and break area surfaces, sinks, appliance exteriors
- High-touch point sanitising — door handles, switches, rails, shared equipment
- Waste and recycling collection to your designated point
- Interior glass, partitions and reachable window interiors
- Dusting of surfaces, sills, ledges and fixtures
- Baseboard and detail work on an agreed rotation
Worth knowing
- Work is scheduled around your operating hours — before opening, after closing, or overnight.
- Access arrangements (keys, fobs, door codes, doorman, lockbox) are agreed in writing before the first clean.
How it works
From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself
Step 1: Tell us about the space
Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.
Step 2: We walk the site
We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.
Step 3: You get a written scope and price
A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.
Step 4: We agree access and scheduling
Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.
Step 5: The work runs to the schedule
Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.
FAQ
Commercial cleaning — common questions
How much does commercial cleaning cost in NYC?
It depends on square footage, how often you need service, and what the space actually needs — a 1,200 sq ft office cleaned twice a week and a 6,000 sq ft facility cleaned nightly are not comparable jobs. We do not publish a rate card because any number here would be wrong for most buildings. We walk the site, agree the scope with you, and give you a written price before anything starts.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial sites that is the default. Work is scheduled before opening, after close, or overnight so it does not interrupt your operation. Access arrangements are agreed in writing before the first clean.
Do we need a long contract?
No. Recurring agreements fix the scope and frequency in writing so both sides know what is covered, but the point of that document is clarity rather than lock-in. Many clients start with a one-off deep clean and move to a schedule once they have seen the standard.
What areas of Brooklyn and NYC do you cover?
Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and the wider New York City area. If your address is just outside, send it on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it rather than taking the booking and finding out later.
