Service

Deep Cleaning Services in Brooklyn & NYC

A full reset of a space — the work that recurring cleaning does not reach.

Deep cleaning is a reset. It is what you book before opening, after a build or renovation, ahead of an inspection, at a change of tenancy, or when a space has drifted far enough that a normal clean will not bring it back.

It includes everything a maintenance clean covers plus the work that maintenance cleaning deliberately leaves out: interiors, undersides, behind fixed items, accumulated build-up on surfaces that are not touched weekly. Deep cleaning was offered on the previous Likti site and remains a core service.

What is included

A typical scope. Yours is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.

  • Everything included in a standard maintenance clean
  • Interior cleaning of appliances such as ovens, microwaves and refrigeration
  • Fixtures, fittings and light diffusers within safe reach
  • Detail work on baseboards, corners, door frames and trim
  • Behind and beneath moveable furniture and equipment
  • Vents, grilles and reachable ductwork faces
  • Tile and grout treatment where required
  • Interior glass, partitions and frames

How it works

From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself

Five steps. No surprises in the middle of them.
  1. Step 1: Tell us about the space

Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2: We walk the site

We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.

  3. Step 3: You get a written scope and price

A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.

  4. Step 4: We agree access and scheduling

Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.

  5. Step 5: The work runs to the schedule

Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.

FAQ

Deep cleaning — common questions

If yours is not here, ask us on the quote form and we will answer it before you commit to anything.
What does a professional deep cleaning include?

Everything a maintenance clean covers, plus the work maintenance cleaning deliberately leaves out: interiors of appliances such as ovens, microwaves and refrigeration; fixtures, fittings and light diffusers within safe reach; detail work on baseboards, corners, door frames and trim; behind and beneath moveable furniture and equipment; vents, grilles and reachable ductwork faces; tile and grout treatment where required; and interior glass, partitions and frames.

How is deep cleaning different from regular cleaning?

Regular cleaning maintains a standard. Deep cleaning resets one. A maintenance clean deliberately skips undersides, interiors and anything behind a fixed item, because doing those weekly is not a good use of anyone's money. Deep cleaning is where those get done.

When should we book a deep clean?

Before opening, after a build or renovation, ahead of an inspection, at a change of tenancy, or when a space has drifted far enough that a normal clean will not bring it back. It is also the sensible starting point for a recurring agreement, so the schedule begins from a known baseline rather than from a backlog.

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on size and condition — those two vary far more than square footage alone suggests. We give you a realistic time estimate along with the written scope after the walkthrough, so you can plan the closure or the out-of-hours window around it.
