What this policy covers

This policy covers https://likticleaning.com — the Likti Cleaning marketing website. If you hold an account on the separate Likti booking dashboard, that service handles your account, bookings and payment information under its own terms.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site:

• Quote form — your name, business name, email address, phone number, the location of the premises, the type of business, which services you are interested in, how often you need service, approximate size, when you need it, and anything you write in the message field.
• Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so no font provider sees your visit.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry: to contact you about a quote, arrange a walkthrough, or answer your question. We do not use your details for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to Likti and are recorded in our hosting provider's server logs so that an enquiry cannot be lost if email delivery fails. Two processors are involved:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this website and retains request and application logs.
• Our email provider, which delivers the notification message to Likti.

Both process this information on our behalf. Emails are then held in Likti's own mailbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our business records afterwards. Server logs are retained for a shorter period according to our hosting provider's retention settings. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email support@likticleaning.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Please do not send sensitive information

These forms are for arranging cleaning services. Do not use them to send patient information, health records, payment card details, or any other sensitive data. If you run a medical practice and need to discuss requirements involving protected health information, contact us by phone and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We do not store payment details on this website at any point.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to support@likticleaning.com.
