Scope before price
We do not quote commercial work from a web form. We walk the site, agree the task list with you, and put a price against that list. You see what you are buying before you buy it.
Consistency over intensity
A space cleaned properly every week beats a space rescued every quarter. Detail work sits on a rotation so it is always in hand rather than always overdue.
Insured, with a re-clean promise
Likti Cleaning is insured. If a clean falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we return and re-do it at no charge.
We work around you
Before opening, after close, overnight. Kitchen and floor work is scheduled so it does not interrupt service or trading.
Supplies and products
What we bring, and what we do not
Likti supplies all-purpose, floor, bathroom and stove cleaning products as standard. Vacuums, toilet brushes, conventional mops and buckets, and certain specialty products are not provided as standard — if you need those covered, say so on the quote form and it goes into the scope.
We are happy to use your own products where they are deemed safe and instructions for use are provided. In medical practices and food premises this is often the preference, and it is your call rather than ours.

How do I get a quote?
Send us the details of your space through the quote form and we will come back to you to arrange a walkthrough. Commercial cleaning is priced on what a space actually needs — square footage, frequency, and the specific work involved — so we scope it with you on site rather than quoting blind from a web form.
What happens at a walkthrough?
We visit the premises, look at every area you want covered, and write down the specific tasks and how often each one needs doing. You get that scope in writing along with the price. Nothing is included that you have not seen listed, and nothing is quietly dropped later.
Can you clean outside our operating hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled before opening, after close, or overnight. For restaurants and bars the heavy kitchen and floor work is scheduled after service so it does not interrupt trading.
How often should we be cleaned?
It depends on the space and the footfall. Restaurants and gyms usually need daily or near-daily attention on high-contact areas with heavier work on a weekly rotation; offices and medical practices often work well on a fixed weekly or several-times-weekly schedule. We will tell you what we think the space needs and why, and you decide.
What cleaning supplies are provided?
Likti supplies all-purpose, floor, bathroom and stove cleaning products. Vacuums, toilet brushes, conventional mops and buckets, and certain specialty products are not provided as standard. We are happy to use your own products where they are deemed safe and instructions for use are provided — this is often the preference in medical and food premises.
How do you get access if nobody is on site?
Access is arranged in writing before the first clean. Key exchange, lockbox, door code or doorman arrangements can all be set up — contact support@likticleaning.com to make the arrangements and confirm who is authorised.
Where do I give entry instructions?
Include anything we need to know in the message field on the quote or contact form. If something is unclear or missing, we will contact you before the visit rather than turning up and improvising.
Is Likti insured?
Likti Cleaning is insured. If an item is damaged during a clean, contact support@likticleaning.com with photographs and details so we can assist — ideally while the cleaner is still on site.
What if we are not happy with the clean?
The Likti Clean promise covers a free re-clean. Claims must be made within 24 hours of the original clean — contact support@likticleaning.com with the details and we will arrange it.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Skips and reschedules made more than 24 hours ahead are free. Inside that window a 15% fee applies. Cancellations hold a credit on the account which can be used against a future booking.
Do you do more than routine cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, green cleaning and enhanced disinfection are all available. For anything specialised, describe it on the quote form or contact support@likticleaning.com directly.
How does payment work?
An invoice is issued through Stripe, our payment processor. All major credit cards are accepted. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Likti.
Which areas do you serve?
Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, and the wider New York City area. If you are just outside, ask — send the address on the quote form and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
