Cafe Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC
The problem
Cafes open early and stay busy through the morning, which leaves a narrow cleaning window and very little tolerance for overruns. Milk and syrup residue gets everywhere near the espresso station, sugar attracts pests, and the customer-facing counter is under constant close-range inspection by people waiting for their order.
How we approach it
Work is scheduled to finish before open, not to start near it. The espresso and prep area gets frequent attention because that is where residue builds fastest, and the customer-facing surfaces are treated as a presentation issue as much as a hygiene one.

Where we work
We clean cafes across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the wider New York City area. Each borough has its own constraints on access and scheduling:
How it works
From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself
Step 1: Tell us about the space
Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.
Step 2: We walk the site
We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.
Step 3: You get a written scope and price
A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.
Step 4: We agree access and scheduling
Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.
Step 5: The work runs to the schedule
Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.
FAQ
Cafes — common questions
Will you be finished before we open?
That is how cafe work is scheduled: to finish before open, not to start near it. Cafes have a narrow window and no tolerance for overruns, so the schedule is built with the overrun risk taken out rather than hoped away.
What causes the build-up around the espresso station?
Milk and syrup residue mostly, and it spreads further than people expect: onto counter edges, the floor behind the machine, and the underside of surfaces. Sugar left in the mix also attracts pests. That area gets the most frequent attention for exactly that reason.
Our counter is where customers wait. Does that change anything?
Yes. Customer-facing surfaces are treated as a presentation issue as well as a hygiene one, because someone standing three feet from a counter for four minutes sees everything. Glass, display cases and counter edges are on the frequent list.
