Our standard

What a Likti clean actually covers

Not a slogan about quality — the specific way the work is organised, so you can hold us to it.

The scope

What gets covered, area by area

A representative scope. Yours is agreed at the walkthrough, written down with a frequency against each item, and reviewed with you rather than changed quietly.

Floors and circulation

  • Dry mop, wet mop and spot treatment on hard floors
  • Vacuuming including edges and beneath accessible furniture
  • Entrance matting and thresholds
  • Under and behind moveable equipment on rotation
  • Floor drains and surrounds in kitchens

Washrooms

  • Toilets, urinals and surrounds cleaned and sanitised
  • Sinks, taps and splashbacks
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Dispensers checked and wiped
  • Floors including behind fixtures

Kitchens and food areas

  • Counters and prep surfaces cleaned and sanitised
  • Equipment exteriors and stainless finishing
  • Splashbacks and walls degreased
  • Sinks and warewashing areas
  • Refrigeration exteriors and seals
  • Waste and bin areas

Detail and rotation

  • Baseboards, trim and door frames
  • Corners and floor-wall junctions
  • Sills, ledges and high surfaces within safe reach
  • Vents, grilles and diffuser faces
  • Interior glass and partitions
  • Light fittings and diffusers where accessible

Photography

We would rather show you nothing than show you someone else's work

A photo record of recent Likti jobs is being put together. Until it is ready, this page shows the scope and the standard instead of stock imagery. If you want to see the standard, ask for a walkthrough — we will show you in person.

How it works

From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself

Five steps. No surprises in the middle of them.
  1. Step 1: Tell us about the space

Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2: We walk the site

We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.

  3. Step 3: You get a written scope and price

A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.

  4. Step 4: We agree access and scheduling

Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.

  5. Step 5: The work runs to the schedule

Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.
