Office & Commercial Space Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC
The problem
In an office or retail unit, cleaning is usually somebody's secondary responsibility, which means scope drifts. Tasks that are easy to skip get skipped, nobody is quite sure what the cleaner is supposed to do, and the first time it becomes a conversation is when something has visibly deteriorated.
How we approach it
We agree a written task list with a frequency against each item, so both sides know what is covered. Detail work rotates rather than accumulating, and the schedule fits around your operating hours instead of interrupting them.
What we focus on
The pressure points in this kind of space. Your own scope is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.
- Floors, entrances and circulation areas
- Washrooms and kitchens or break areas
- Desks, surfaces and high-touch points
- Interior glass, partitions and reception areas
- Waste and recycling
- Baseboards, sills and detail work on rotation
Where we work
We clean commercial spaces across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the wider New York City area. Each borough has its own constraints on access and scheduling:
How it works
From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself
Step 1: Tell us about the space
Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.
Step 2: We walk the site
We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.
Step 3: You get a written scope and price
A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.
Step 4: We agree access and scheduling
Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.
Step 5: The work runs to the schedule
Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.
FAQ
Commercial spaces — common questions
How do we stop the scope drifting?
By writing it down. The agreement is a task list with a frequency against every item, so both sides know what is covered. Scope drift happens when cleaning is somebody's secondary responsibility and nobody is quite sure what was supposed to be done; a written list removes the ambiguity.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes, and for most commercial sites that is the default. Before opening, after close or overnight, with access arrangements agreed in writing before the first clean.
What about the detail work everyone skips?
Baseboards, sills, vents, interior glass and corners go on a rotation inside the same agreement, so they are done periodically rather than accumulating until they need a deep clean.
Do you cover retail as well as offices?
Yes: offices, retail units, studios and mixed-use premises. The scope differs, since a retail unit's entrance and customer areas take far more traffic than an office's, but the approach is the same: a written list, an agreed frequency, and rotating detail work.
