Medical Office Cleaning in Brooklyn & NYC

Clinical and waiting areas cleaned to a defined, repeatable protocol.

Medical and dental offices need cleaning that is consistent and documented rather than merely thorough. What matters is that the same protocol is followed every visit, that clinical and non-clinical areas are handled differently, and that the practice retains control over which products are used where.

Likti works to the protocol your practice sets. We do not claim to define clinical standards on your behalf — you tell us the requirements and we follow them consistently.

What is included

A typical scope. Yours is agreed at the walkthrough and written down.

  • Waiting rooms, reception and public circulation areas
  • Exam and treatment room surfaces, per your protocol
  • High-touch point sanitising throughout
  • Washrooms and staff facilities
  • Hard floor care and carpet vacuuming
  • Waste handling to your designated points and streams
  • Interior glass and partitions

Worth knowing

  • Regulated waste is handled by your own licensed contractor, not by Likti. We work around those streams, we do not replace them.
  • Tell us on the quote form if you require specific products, dwell times or documentation.

How it works

From first enquiry to a clean that runs itself

Five steps. No surprises in the middle of them.
  1. Step 1: Tell us about the space

Send the basics through the quote form — business type, rough size, location, how often. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2: We walk the site

We visit at a time that suits you and walk every area you want covered. Scope gets decided here.

  3. Step 3: You get a written scope and price

A task list with a frequency against each item, and the price for it. Nothing hidden in the middle.

  4. Step 4: We agree access and scheduling

Keys, codes, lockbox or doorman arrangements confirmed in writing, along with our hours on site.

  5. Step 5: The work runs to the schedule

Cleaning runs to the agreed list. Detail work rotates. Any change to scope is raised with you first.

FAQ

Medical office cleaning — common questions

If yours is not here, ask us on the quote form and we will answer it before you commit to anything.
Do you follow our practice's cleaning protocol?

Yes — the practice sets the protocol and we follow it the same way every visit. We do not claim to define clinical standards on your behalf. You tell us the requirements, including which products go where and any dwell times, and we work to them consistently.

How are clinical and non-clinical areas handled?

As separate zones with separate requirements. Waiting rooms, reception and public circulation are treated differently from exam and treatment rooms, which are cleaned to your protocol. Staff facilities are handled separately again.

Do you handle medical waste?

No. Regulated waste stays with your own licensed contractor. We work around those streams rather than replacing them, and handle general waste to your designated points.

Can you use our own products?

Yes, and in medical premises that is often the preference. Tell us on the quote form if you require specific products, dwell times or documentation, and we will confirm what we can do before you book.
